We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Fjords Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
We comply with EU consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at fjordsfragrance@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
