How to Use Essential Oils
🧖 In the Sauna
Add 5-7 drops to a ladle of water and pour over hot stones. For stronger oils like Oregano or Camphor, use only 1-2 drops. Never apply oil directly to stones without water.
🌿 For Skin Care
Always dilute in a carrier oil (Jojoba, Almond, or Coconut) at 2-3% concentration - roughly 6 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil. Conduct a patch test before full application. Avoid photosensitive oils (Bergamot, Lemon) before sun exposure.
🏠 In a Diffuser
Add 3-5 drops to your ultrasonic diffuser filled with water. Run for 30-60 minute intervals. Do not exceed 1 hour continuous use in small rooms.
🛁 In the Bath
Mix 5-10 drops with a tablespoon of bath salt or whole milk before adding to bathwater. Never add essential oils directly to water - they do not dissolve and can irritate skin.
